WIKA manufactures and certifies pressure gauges in accordance with the requirements of EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100 standards. A safety pressure gauge consists of a non shattering window, a safety explosion-proof layer between the measuring system and the dial, and a safety pressure relief back cover. If a malfunction occurs, the operator is protected on the front side, and the medium or component can only be ejected through the back of the casing.

For harsh operating conditions (such as vibration), all instruments can also be optionally filled with liquid.
