The PG23CP pressure gauge is suitable for the process industry, and its safe structure is suitable for industries such as petrochemicals, natural gas, power plants, and water/sewage treatment.

 

Pressure measurement points are usually distributed on control components or control panels, such as hydraulic control components (HUPs). The fully welded front edge is equipped with corresponding washers to fully ensure that the pressure gauge is completely attached to the panel, and to ensure a protection level of IP66.

 

All stainless steel material can better enhance the corrosion resistance of products, making it suitable for use in corrosive environments or measuring corrosive media of gases and liquids.

 

A safety type pressure gauge is defined in the EN837-1 pressure gauge standard. However, in most applications, safety pressure gauges are not required. And WIKA has produced PG23CP (S1 safety type) pressure gauges. The back of the pressure gauge housing is designed with a pressure relief port, which ensures safety by releasing pressure from the back in case of overpressure inside the pressure gauge.

 

For harsh operating conditions such as vibration, this product also comes with a liquid filled option.
