The diaphragm sealing system is used to protect pressure instruments in corrosive, high viscosity, easy crystallization, corrosive, hazardous, and toxic environments. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel for isolating the medium. Pressure is transmitted to the pressure gauge through the system filling fluid inside the diaphragm.

Due to the existence of multiple options such as different diaphragm designs and materials, this product has almost unlimited application possibilities. The type and basic manufacturing method of process connections are important design differentiation criteria.

DSS18F meets various requirements of the food industry. The milk tube connection meets the requirements of a hygienic process connection method. In addition, the requirements of COP (offline cleaning) have also been met.

The diaphragm sealing system can cope with the high temperature caused by disinfection steam during the SIP process, ensuring a sterile connection between the measuring medium and the diaphragm seal.

The diaphragm seal can be directly welded to the measuring instrument.

DSS18F is used for pressure measurement in various processes, such as filtration, separation, pasteurization, and filling systems.
