The APGT43 pressure gauge of the intelliGAUGE series adopts patented technology (US Patent No. 8030990) and can be measured without relying on atmospheric pressure fluctuations. If you want to display the process pressure locally while also transmitting the signal to the central controller or remote control room, then this model of pressure gauge will be an ideal choice.

 

The APGT43 pressure gauge is manufactured based on the 532.54 safety model and is a high-quality stainless steel pressure gauge with standard dimensions of 100 or 160mm. In addition, the design of this pressure gauge model complies with the DIN 16002 standard.

 

The APGT43.1 × 0 pressure gauge of the intelliGAUGE series meets the safety requirements of all relevant standards and specifications, and can be fully used for on-site measurement of the working pressure of high-pressure vessels. The measured values can be directly displayed through mechanical means without the need for additional measurements.

 

This model of pressure gauge has a sturdy and durable diaphragm type measuring system, and the rotation angle of the pointer is proportional to the magnitude of the pressure.

 

 

This model of pressure gauge is also equipped with an electronic angle encoder that has been tested in high safety automotive applications, which can determine the position of the pointer shaft. This electronic angle encoder is a non-contact sensor that does not generate wear and friction. In view of this, the pressure gauge can generate a 4-20 mA electrical signal output proportional to the magnitude of the pressure. The measurement range (electrical output signal) can be automatically set according to the mechanical display, that is, the displayed full range corresponds to the 4… 20 mA output signal. Moreover, the electrical zero point can also be manually set.

 

This model of pressure gauge integrates a Vicat electronic transmitter into a high-quality mechanical pressure gauge, which not only has the function of transmitting electrical signals, but also supports local mechanical display. No additional measurement points need to be configured for mechanical pressure display.
