The 632.50 capsule pressure gauge is made of all stainless steel, making it particularly suitable for applications in the process industry. They are based on mature capsule measurement systems. When pressurized, the capsule components undergo proportional deformation to produce displacement based on changes in inlet pressure. The displacement changes are transmitted to the movement measurement mechanism and displayed on the dial through pointers.

The modular design allows for multiple combinations of case materials, process connections, nominal dimensions, and ranges. Therefore, this instrument can be widely used in various occasions in the process industry.

If it needs to be installed on the control panel, the diaphragm pressure gauge can be fixed with surface mounting flanges, triangular raised edges, or mounting brackets according to the type of process connector.

The 633.50 shell filled with liquid is suitable for measuring high dynamic pressure pulses or vibrations.

The scale range is 0… 2.5 mbar to 0… 600 mbar or 0… 1 inH2O to 0… 240 inH2O, and the vacuum and+/- scale range ensure the measurement range required for various applications.
