PGT23.063 intelliGAUGE ® Type can be used to display process pressure on site under limited space conditions, while transmitting signals to the central control center or remote center.

By combining mechanical measurement systems with precise electronic signal processing, process pressure can be safely read even in the event of a power outage.

The pressure gauges produced by WIKA company comply with EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100 standards. This safety type pressure gauge consists of a non cracking window, a sturdy baffle wall between the measuring system and the dial, and an explosion-proof backplate. In the event of a malfunction, the operator’s front end is protected as the medium or components can only be discharged from the back of the case

The fully welded and durable Bourdon tube measurement system can generate pointer rotation proportional to pressure. The electronic angle encoder, which has been validated in automotive applications with strict safety requirements, determines the position of the pointer shaft – it is a non-contact sensor, therefore completely free of wear and friction. This generates an electrical output signal proportional to pressure (4… 20 mA).

The WIKA electronic sensor integrated into high-quality pressure gauges combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of local mechanical display.

The measurement range (electrical output signal) can be automatically set according to the mechanical display, that is, the displayed full range corresponds to the 4… 20 mA output signal.
