Description of diaphragm pressure gauge

Diaphragm pressure gauges are more suitable for low pressure ranges. Through the large working surface of circular corrugated diaphragm elements, small pressure ranges can be reliably measured.

The 432.50 diaphragm pressure gauge complies with EN 837-3 standard. High quality design is particularly suitable for the chemical and petrochemical industries, petroleum and natural gas industries, and power engineering.

The stainless steel case and liquid receiving components can meet the high requirements of anti corrosive value. For particularly high resistance requirements, the pressure chamber of this diaphragm pressure gauge can be designed using various special materials (such as PTFE, tantalum, or Hastelloy).

For measurements of high viscosity, crystalline or contaminated media, it is recommended to use an open connection flange. Compared to threaded connections, open flange connections have the advantage of not blocking the pressure port. The pressure chamber can be easily cleaned by the additional flushing connection on the open connection flange.

A measurement system with diaphragm elements, based on the design concept that the diaphragm can support itself on the upper flange, can provide good overvoltage protection. As a standard, the 432.50 diaphragm pressure gauge can achieve overload safety of 5 times the full range value. As an option, higher overload safety can be achieved.
