The diaphragm sealing system is used to protect pressure instruments in corrosive, high viscosity, easy crystallization, corrosive, hazardous, and toxic environments. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel for isolating the medium. Pressure is transmitted to the pressure gauge through the system filling fluid inside the diaphragm.

Due to the existence of multiple options such as different diaphragm designs and materials, this product has almost unlimited application possibilities. The type and basic manufacturing method of process connections are important design differentiation criteria.

The DSS22P meets all the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, and its most significant feature is that the measurement points are easy to clean after installation. This product can also meet the requirements of CIP (in situ cleaning) and SIP (in situ sterilization).

The chuck connection enables quick and simple disassembly of the product, so simple cleaning can be performed when replacing the diaphragm.

The fully welded structure of this product ensures its long service life and continuous sealing performance.

The zero point adjustment of this product can be directly set on the watch glass with a wrench, without the need to disassemble the watch case.
